1. INTRODUCTION

What is this document all about?

This policy explains how to return a product if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

You have seven calendar days starting the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the product to cancel your contract unless the product does not have cancellation rights. Please return the product as soon as possible following the cancellation of your contract. The product must be sent to us within 30 calendar days from your notice to us of your cancellation. You are responsible for the return shipping costs of the product when you cancel your contract.

2. WHEN CAN YOU RETURN A PRODUCT

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or we accidently delivered the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described on the website, please notify us immediately.  Please log a request for a return on our website.

3. WHAT PRODUCTS CAN YOU NOT RETURN

As described in the Terms of Sale and in accordance with the ECT CPA Act, you have up to 7 working days, starting the day after you receive your product to cancel and return your order in the original packaging, unless the fine print of the deal states the product cannot be returned. In accordance with the ECT CPA Act Section 16 provisions, you have the following rights of returns as a consumer that applies to your transactions.

Clothing & Shoes

Clothes must be returned unused and in a resalable condition with all tags. If upon inspection, clothes appear to be worn or without tags, we cannot accept returns.

Swimwear, underwear, socks and intimates

We do not accept returns on opened items and certain types of clothing such as underwear, swimwear, and control wear (e.g. corsets, waist trainers, etc.) for hygiene reasons.

Health and Beauty

We do not accept any returns on health and beauty products due to hygiene purposes.

CDs & DVDs

We cannot accept returns on CDs, DVDs or Software programs if the plastic wrapping and/or security seal have been broken or of any digital downloads.

Electronics

In order to protect your privacy and other interests in data, please delete all data on returned electronics and reset the products to factory settings. We are not responsible for any data contained on returned items. Also, we cannot accept any returns that have been inserted into your body, specifically earphones.

4. WHAT PRODUCTS CAN YOU EXCHANGE

Fashion wear (except for swimwear and underwear) can be exchanged for a different size or colour variation, provided that such variation is available.

5. WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IF YOU WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT

  • You will need to log a request for a return on our website
  • You are responsible for the following when returning your products:
  • Package your products safely and securely for protection during transit;
  • Clearly mark the packaging with the reference number provided to you;
  • Include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product.

6. REFUNDS & REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS

  • MEGASUPA MARKET will not be responsible for the courier cost for collecting the product from the buyer’s address (must be the same as the delivery address) and delivering the product to the seller.
  • The seller will inspect the product and will notify the MEGASUPA MARKET within 48 working hours of receiving the returned goods to action the following:
  • Process a refund to the buyer (we will only refund to the payment method that you originally used); or
  • To collect a replacement product.
  • A refund will be process after the seller has concluded the inspection

Expect a refund within 10 days after inspection.

7. RETURN PROCESS

  • The buyer will log a return query to our support service
  • The return query will also be logged to the vendor and the courier service
  • The courier service will pick up the product wished to be returned from the buyer and will deliver it to the vendor.
  • The vendor is obliged to inspect the product to see if its up to standard.
  • If the vendor is not satisfied with the standard of the product, the vendor will have to return the product back to the buyer.
  • The vendor might charge the buyer for using the courier service for pick ups and deliveries.
